"Poor"

Breakfast 730, no pick up and drop off and needs to pay RM 30.00. Not kettle to boil water for milk. Give me a spoilt kettle.

"bugs on bed"

the pickup driver finally find me, quite surprising since he stayed in a lonely corner with such a small name board.

there are bugs on the bed, it bites, no kidding.

"Never gonna repeat! And not recommended! No such thing as free 24hours airport pick up! Always late!"

The room is small and nothing special.

The price shown on the apps is not the same when you pay at the counter. It says 24 hours free airport pick-up but it is just a SCAM!! I have to pay RM20, but the driver never showed up! They are not punctual! I have to cancel and luckily got refunded and took Grabcar to the airport! The advertisement is misleading!!!
