"Only book this hotel if all the hotels in the city are occupied."

They’re making a scam by offering free 24 hrs pickup. Despite our reminder and note with the booking no one came to pick us up. We kept waiting for 2 hrs at the airport. Rooms are poor and the staff is very unfriendly plus they’re always ready to mint extra money out of guests pockets.

Price on booking different charging at hotel , Free only shuttle from Airport to Hotel but need to piad 30 MYR , Waiting for long time to pick up at airport , environment not safe area , room dirty with smell smoking

WARNING! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Photos from Booking. Com are deceiving. See current state of the room. Free Airport shuttle is only 1 way free but not disclosed till you arrive and must pay for your return to airport upon checkin. Was forced to leave passport at Front Desk (if that’s what you might call it )and was fearful that they would find another hidden expense before returning. Was challenged to pay for shuttle in the morning even though I was forced to pay night before. Decided to take taxi which is less than their 35 MYR price charged. Not a good look for the Country of Malaysia.I’m

"Nightmare"

The pick up.

Breakfast was awful, and the staff was even worse. They’re the worst type op people on this planet, and jf you ask them a normal question they nod with their head like you’re stupid
