The WiFi is not functioning at all. And the air conditioning was not good. And no basic equipments provided.

The WiFi was not functioning at all and the air conditioning was not good. And no basic equipments provided. The driver didn't pick up call and even read the message. So I had to take taxi to the hotel. So no free airport pick up.

Clean room with very comfy bed. Price is very cheap. Restaurant under hotel serves tasty local food at very cheap prices. Free airport pick up.

Airport pick up by request only.....need to make this clear in booking confirmation message and advise how to request it. Return to airport is RGT30 per pax, but a taxi is only RGT50. Hotel is tatty and room furniture minimal!
