I was feeling uncomfortable

They are barely people in the reception to help or to ask anything and they are foreign workers they don't understand sometimes what I'm trying to say. Next going to the room it's was quite untidy. The bedsheets were stained here and there. Got ants also. The washroom stained and the flush wasn't working properly. The pressure on the heater was so damn slow. Couldn't bath in good mood. The aircond was not chilling. Only one switch for all the light. The window of the room is unclean and full of dust. No any water heater to make even hot drinks. Shuttle service only available at 7am??? Then why provide the schedule? What if the flight is missed so I booked grab the early morning and went to airport.

My stay at Bray Inn Hotel was disappointing due to poor cleanliness, limited services and facilities, and its remote location. Communication was also difficult as the staff did not speak English well. I would not recommend this hotel to others
