- Beds were comfortable. - Kitchen was well-equipped. - Washer n dryer was useful. - Apartment was clean. - Location was convenient. - Free parking - Host was very helpful n responsive.

The stairs are rather narrow n steep. The apartment may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

It was very clean. Plenty of room. Good kitchen facilities. Great local community feel. Close to supermarket.

Everything! Beds were comfortable. My son LOVED the projector tv. The living room had a heated floor which was great in the evening. Very close to supermarkets and food options. Tip- the house in front of the property is a little restaurant and very nice people there.

In no way is this reflective of the property, but be very careful not to park anywhere near the #1 car parking spot right next door to the property. We parked our hire car there to offload suitcases and (unfortunately bad timing) the neighbour came home and was very angry. Use the parking offered by host and just walk the suitcases :) it’s not far

Shinonomean was a nice and cosy accomodation in Kyoto. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable futons and doonas. The living space downstairs is small, so our girls didnt have that much space to plod around. But we really enjoyed about stay here in a clean and quiet space in Kyoto. We were travelling during Winter and the washer and dryer unit is an absolute game changer.
