The location was amazing and the apartment was fairly spacious with a well equipped kitchen

The taps and door handles were loose. The apartment is warm but when you need air the blind bangs against the window frame so it makes it difficult to sleep. There was no spare bedding for the fold out bed.

It was in a great location. Easy to get into town and minutes from the beach. A sea view.

Room temperature was far too hot with no air conditioning. The cleaning wasn’t up to a high standard. There wasn’t an ironing board to go with the iron which was told there should have been. The wet room had no slip tiles nor a non slip mat which resulted in me slipping coming from the shower and hurting myself, needing a hospital visit.

The location worked well for us, a short bus ride from the train station. The room was spacious and with a well equipped kitchenette. It was clean and the fridge was spotless. The bed being built in against the wall actually worked well for us for co-sleeping with baby. This room is quite protected from the noise of the rest of the building as it’s the last room at the top of the stairs. Right near the accommodation is a great Japanese restaurant called Sakura Terrace. We got take-out from there and it was excellent.

The wet room style of bathroom is a pain as the water gets everywhere. We read about this in advance and brought flip flops. The back of the bathroom door is rotten wood as a result. The room has a lot of light pollution, even with blinds and drapes. Bring your eye mask if you are light sensitive. The travel cot we were provided with was free of charge but unusable. The base wasn’t a suitable mattress and they just put a full size double quilt in it which would have been unsafe. We ended up just using that bedding on the sofa bed for my partner to sleep on and then I coslept with the baby in the main bed. The staff were unresponsive to messages during our stay, despite using the contact method they recommended. We wouldn’t have minded if they just said no to our requests (some hand soap / a chair that wasn’t a bar stool) but they just didn’t reply at all.

Our room was changed due to renovation of other building.so our room was not what we expected!mattress needed to be disposed of.bottomed out when layed on as photo. Bathroom had bad smell,no vanity mirror for shaving! No complimentary tea or coffee! Blinds at window that let all the light in that was outside. Supposed to have had 2 night stay.stayed one night. I expected some responce from proprietor after emailing & told it would be looked into..very poor!

The while building stunk of cannabis. Was so loud in the building … worst bed I’ve ever slept in well didn’t sleep . Nothing there not even a tea bag which is a first . Bathroom stunk of sewage all day !! Couldn’t get rid of the smell . We had my sisters wedding when we arrived back at 2am we could not get in and wasn’t given a code for the key safe !!! No one answers the phone !!! Never again would I stay here
