We were able to get a later check in. The lock box was a great idea and meant we didn't have to negotiate a time to meet the host. Mark the host was also kind enough to extend our check out time to late afternoon as our flight was home was 7.15 in the evening. This was very much appreciated. We would definitely go back to this villa again.

The lock box was a little stiff, but nothing to complain about.

Wonderful pool area, ease of check in/out, very central location, nice welcome essentials when arriving, excellent multi channel TV, felt very secure and safe, patio view is beautiful.

Missing some small items for the kitchen like tea towel, kitchen tongs, small chopping knife. Villa was a little dusty but this is expected in Lanzarote with the winds. Beds could use a few extra pillows.

Lovely home, spacious with everything you’d need. Location was perfect. Private pool was great!

On arrival very clean and the gist was very helpful. Location was great too only 5min walk to promenade. Nice touch with bottle of wine and beer left in fridge. Pool was lovely also

Nothing all was good

Location was fantastic, spacious and clean with great pool and everything you could want in the kitchen. Lovely patio and terrace.

Lovely Villa, great location. Early check in was a bonus, great communication from mark.

Only negative was, bathroom floor got very wet in bathroom with bath in, when using shower

The location is perfect as we’ve travelled to Puerto Del Carmen many times and love this area. We loved the villa especially the pool

Lovely villa in an excellent location with a nice outdoor space. The beds in all the rooms were really comfortable. The master bedroom and middle room were a great size with ample storage. The kitchen is well equiped with everything you need and the property manager was easy to contact and very helpful when we had an issue.

In the FAQs it said there was aircon in the living room . There wasn't anyin the property and there weren't even fans in the rooms. The bedrooms were unbearably warm at night. The 3rd bedroom is very small and 2 adults would struggle to fit with stuff. The main bathroom is very very small and the way the bath is designed means everytime someone has a shower the bathroom floods. This was frustrating.
