"Family holiday"

The pool was great, massive bonus for our stay. Hours of entertainment with a teenager in tow. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils etc. Nice touch to have the welcome pack supplied in the villa. We had breakfasts most mornings at home on the fantastic balcony - beautiful views!! Mark was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay and always available if we had any questions. Would most definitely stay at this property again.

"Superb"

Just back from a fab week in Lanzarote staying at Princess Ico. Fab location only 5 minutes from the main strip but quiet enough to have a relaxing holiday if wanted. Has IPTV with all English channels and more. Mark was on hand if any problems and were rectified straightaway. Fabulous view from balcony. Pictures don't do it justice.

Fantastic villa in a fantastic location. Peaceful and quiet yet within a 10 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants and bars. Heated pool and a fantastic view from the veranda down to the sea. Marc was a great host and was on hand to answer any questions. I can't recommend highly enough, we loved it and will certainly be going back!

Perfect quiet location and only a short walk to supermarket ,beach , bars and restaurants . Lovely sea view from the balcony . Fabulous pool and villa well equipped . Easy access on arrival and able to accommodate a late check out . Welcome pack a nice touch .

great villa, with everything you need. Especially liked the welcome pack on arrival. The communication and interaction with Mark was superb. I told him about the water issue in the 2nd bathroom and he immediately offered to get someone to come and look at it for me. As it wasn’t causing a problem for all 4 of us to use the main bathroom I didn’t take him up on it but I have no doubt he would have got someone round.

The drop from the patio to the driveway would be a concern if you had small children. The 2nd bathroom when using the shower collected water and funnelled it to the floor so the floor was flooded when using the shower.
