Excellent accommodation! Great location to explore Matera. Parking was available on the street, but not always clear under which conditions if you are not aware of the local rules. Parking garage for 10€ a day just around the corner. Alessio was a great host. Prompt with answering and full of hints and great tips! Very accommodating towards our late arrival (flight delay) and exquisite touch for the welcome breakfast! A hint for the ones thinking of visiting Matera for the first time. If with a car, do not think of getting an accommodation in the old town. This is a perfect match of accessibility by car and being able to explore the town on foot. It's the little things (and the apartment itself) that we'll surely return to Matera for!

We felt right at home, Alessio was a great Host and we really liked the Apartment. He gave us Tips for Matera which was very appreciated :) The Apartment was quite new and clean. The bedroom had mosquito protection in the balcony door and we could sleep with the door open and didn't even need the air conditioning. I can't say anything about the Equipment in the kitchen because we didn't use it.

The prmet is very well located and well organized. Very clean and rather calm. Good parking closeby.

From the moment we stepped in, the pristine cleanliness was evident, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. The attention to detail in maintaining the space was commendable, as every nook and cranny was spotless. Not only was the accommodation impeccably clean, but it was also tastefully furnished. In addition to the immaculate cleanliness and charming ambiance, the host of this accommodation deserves special praise. They exhibited exceptional responsiveness and an eagerness to assist, even when bombarded with numerous inquiries (sorry again 🙈)His prompt and helpful responses greatly contributed to our overall satisfaction, making our stay all the more remarkable. Additionally, the apartment had the advantage of being conveniently situated within a short walk from a stunning viewing point and the entrance to the historic center/sassi. that provided a significant convenience factor, sparing guests from the hassle of navigating steep, cobblestone streets in the old city while carrying their luggage.

However, it's worth noting that our stay was slightly marred by an ongoing road construction project located right outside the apartment. The construction activities, which commenced as early as 5 o'clock in the morning, posed some challenges when it came to getting a restful night's sleep. Of course it may be finished by now.

Location is fantastic! The apartment is brand new with all the facilities you need and very clean. The location is perfect to visit the Sassi and very close to restaurants. there is free parking facility. Alessio is kind and helpful host
