Having to wait till 4pm Accommodation smelt on arrival and didn’t clear carpet dirty and cobwebs bedding in spare room stained , sofa ripped and very uncomfortable Only one bulb working in lounge no batteries in remote in bedroom tv in lounge couldn’t adjust volume . No welcome pack on show with any instructions regarding getting hot water . No toilet brush no space in wardrobes with no handles on to store clothes .overall this is advertised as high standard I would disagree we left after 2 days out of 9 . Door to property was difficult to close and open so was a safety issue . Would not recommend this . *we was only refunded for two days £110 which they said was a good will gesture *

Very helpful management, when we encountered a problem, sorted out very promptly. Beds were very comfortable. Great location, just up the road from the amusements and food places. The kids absolutely loved it, they wanted us to move here 😂 All in all a great break away. Would definitely recommend.

Position of the chalet was very good, close to amenities, all staff very friendly with good knowledge of the area. Had a fantastic break. Will be staying again and recommending to friends and family.

cute little chalet, has pretty much everything you’re likely to need

couldn’t get anything to come on the TV, there is a sky box but either not working or needs some instructions leaving for it.

Loved this chalet and want to come back next year just us and the kids. Lovely decor, nice neighbours.everything you need in the kitchen. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was fab the heater warmed the whole chalet in 15 mins or so in not bad for October

Sky box, we couldn’t figure out or remember the numbers of the free view channels we could get. And the DVD player didn’t work in the bedroom
