"NOT FOR THE ELDERLY OR MOBILY CHALLENGED!"

Cleanliness, well-ordered, friendly and supportive staff, adequately supplied, very well located.

The high step to and from shower with slick tile floor was problematic. One of our elderly members slipped, fell and struck the back of her head, resulting in many hours in emergency. The floor, while easy to clean, is not safe. The doors on 2 sides were also part of the problem as there's nothing stable to hold on to.

"Beautiful apartment in a great location - just needs a little TLC."

Location was fantastic! Free underground parking. The apartment had a lot of room & great natural lighting. Appreciated the washing machine & drying racks.

The mattresses both need replacing - especially the second bed which was cratering in the middle. The furniture was dated & wearing out. Many missing pot lids & no baking sheets for the oven. Also oven mitts were not supplied. Needed more than 4 towels & 1 tea towel. Also insufficient toilet paper for our family of 4.

Large roomy apartment right next to the city centre

The shower could do with updating, shame the view off the balcony wasn’t better (overlooked an alleyway).
