All was good

The location is very central. It has a lot of space and a well appointed kitchen. The apt. Has everything you need. When I noted that we needed a hair dryer they brought one right away.

It could be a little noisy when the garbage man came or other street activities. But that is city life I guess.

Fantastic location, very spacious appartment, comfortable beds and super nice sofas in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of goodies left for us - tea, coffee, salt, pepper, cereals etc. A piano, bonus for my music loving teen. Large terrace, covered parking, plenty of space.

The toilet wasnt very clean, which I remedied as there was detergent, brushes etc. All doors were squeaky, which the landlord informed us of himself at check in but this didnt make it better. Weird lightning system in the living room. Still a great place to stay in Rekyavik. With a bit more cleaning and oiling the doors, it would have been close to perfect :-)

The location of the apartment is excellent! Right in the middle of everything and within walking distance of Hallgrimskirkja, Laugavegur, The Settlement Exhibition, etc. The apartment itself is spacious and clean even though it's a bit dated. The neighbourhood feels safe and we feel comfortable walking around in the evening with our kids.

Underground private parking is included, but the parking space is a bit tight. We were driving a RAV4 and it took a bit of maneuvering to park in the designated spot when there were cars parked in both of the adjacent spots.
