The location and facilities

Booking it through bookings.com wasn't a pleasant experience. I noticed they overcharged against their quoted price. Pity that it didn''t help even though I addressed it with the bookings.com support team.

The Location of the property was excellent. The view from the property is picturesque.

There was constant load shedding which disrupted our tour plans. We had a tough time charging our phones, having shower, breakfast due to the load shedding. The host did not care to inform us about it in advance, which could have helped. Further, even when there was power, there was constant tripping of power due to some problems with the electrical devices. At times, there was no water. The water at the property is not potable. The host/care taker was of no help. We paid for a comfortable stay but ended up suffering hardships.
