Excellent location and very good views. Apartment was nice and spacious for the four of us.

The whole apartment need an uplift. New towels and bed linen that is ironed would help improve the appearance. SA needs to sort out the power cuts as you have to organise your time around the cuts.

Location, parking and adequate facilities.

The bedding was very smelly of mildew and very creased as un ironed...not pleasant at all. Door leading to balcony could not lock and felt unsafe considering the people below us had intruders in their property in the early morning hours during our stay. No toiletries as advertised only a nearly empty bottle of hand-wash in one en suite bathroom.

The apartment was spacious, clean and had amazing views! The location was perfect as it was a short walk to the waterfront. Loved the fact that both bedrooms had their own toilets. Facilities were amazing! Will definitely book there again.

Ceiling fans would have been appreciated as it was very hot and having the windows open wasn't ideal as I'm a light sleeper and the noise woke me. We seemed to go through a lot of electricity even though we weren't in the apartment a lot and didn't use a lot of appliances.

We loved the view, the setting, and the location. Felt like home away from home. It was our first time as a family visiting Knysna, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your 'place' with us. The Russell family.

Nothing actually ..... just the stay was too short. But we will be back to spend more time.in Knysna.

Great spacious unit catering for everything you need Fantastic view of the Knysna habour, lake, and Heads.

Had to wait about an hour for the unit to become available as it was still being cleaned. Although not bad, the way the place is cleaned can improve.
