Excellent location, right next to popular Carson street, with a lot of coffee shops, restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and a bus stop just a block away. Cozy apartment, equiped with most applicances and utenciles you'd need. Friendly and attentive owner.

Just a little bit of dust in some low height, non-invasive spots, like vents.
