The person I spoke with on the phone was very nice and quick to respond.

I did not feel safe at all. There were numerous folks sitting around in the parking lot staring at me as I went to the room and sitting on the stairs smoking weed. I had to squeeze by them with my bags. The door did not seal shut and only stayed closed by locking the door. You could see a rim of light around the door where outside air, light, smoke and bugs could enter.

Our room was not ready when we arrived at 3:30. Had to wait for it to be cleaned. Door would not lock. Informed the front desk. Maintenance brought parts and left them in the room but never came back to fix the door. Was that our job??? The bathroom desperately needed remolding. Full of rust. Very disgusting.

Absolutely nothing! From the first room we received they put us in a room with no towels, no toilet paper, no microwave, and no way to even use the television! Room 114 doesn't connect! After we checked out they accused us of stealing items that were never there! The staff was absurdly loud and looked as if they were abusing crystal meth all night! They were the most disrespectful and useless people my fiance and mother ever had the misfortune of coming across. I will continue our week and a half long nightmare on the "what didn't you like portion." They stole $120.00 by canceling our room because they feared we would tell the owners what drugged out, low life, losers they are!

I didn't like a single member of their staff especially Jan. We were charged 3 separate cleaning fees and they never once cleaned our room totaling $74+. And to top it off when we were trying to figure out the app for the first time we were accused of switching names or trying to trick them. Their actions were reprehensible. Their service was an embarrassment. And to top it off my fiance was assaulted physically and they tried to blame me her protector rather than find out what actually happened! I am a local from Stillwater who comes from a prominent family and I am going to continue to write in and rate you all as the worst place I have ever had the misfortune of staying! We would like a refund and a personal apology letter. We have contacted our family attorney and are considering taking action as well as getting signatures from other guest who have experienced the same disgusting and down right unacceptable service they provide everyday. Also the police stood with me and said they would happily included in a report how incompetent and shady your employees and their children who stay there for free cause they damn sure don't do work!
