Her name is Herlinda she is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. My ac didn't work she moved me immediately and let me know when the room was booked so that I knew when to rebook it. When I had to move for the game weekend cuz the room was booked she offered to help me move my things upstairs and allowed me to move the night before my checkout due to my work schedule. She really loves her job and takes her customer service to the next level above and beyond is nothing for her and it shows. I have been so comfortable here and felt so safe with my little baby being with me because I know that she is taking care of this property with her whole heart

The bed was comfortable.

There were patch jobs all over the room that were not painted. Like it was still being remodeled. The tv remote wouldn’t work so I had to call and they came to program it. The channel guide showed a lot of channels but only the first 29 we’re available. Never saw and connection for wifi so I just used my hotspot from my phone to use my computer. The door didn’t shut right, you had to give it some force then pull it back a little to lock it. The listing was misleading. When you see OSU 1bed apartment ran by executive inn you think you are staying in an APARTMENT CLOSE TO OSU but that the prop manager is the inn, not the actual inn itself. It is an actual hotel room - executive inn. I’m not from Stillwater so I had no clue how far away this was from campus. It’s a good 10 minute drive. Then you have the price. It said $16 but then you look and see the $7 tax or something and then $33 cleaning fee which makes it sound good and that it is an apartment. You don’t see that for hotels. I paid $56. Not bad right? For the condition of my room and appeal, I may stay again if it was actually $16/night. Not for $56. The only bright side was the lady working. I think it was Herlinda. She was absolutely amazing. She was kind, smiled, very helpful, came to my room immediately to program the remote. Definitely would recommend her.

Had check in by 10 pm. Barely made it. Just happened that the girl had not gotten the door locked or I would have been out of luck. Got there at about 10:15. Had to text and then call her 2 times before I got ahold of her, she was cleaning a room. Then it took like 10 minutes to get me checked in and she had to go and check on the room to see if it was ready. No breakfast. Left at about 7 in the morning and the front door was locked, no one at the front desk. Had to just put the key card thru the door. Will never stay at Executive inn again. Also in the dicription on the web site, it was describe as an apartment. If this was an apartment, I would hate to see what a hotel room looked like. Cheap place. Did not pay much for the room, got what I payed for. .

The fridge in the unit wasn't in very good condition.
