GBThe bed room set up was nice as was the size of the bathroom livingroom and kitchen. They had an extra fold put bed with bedding, dining table with chairs and high chair for small children, and coffee table to complete the room. Came with hair dryer and straighteners.
The washing machine just wet the clothes, it failed to ring them out. There was an egg smell in the kitchen.

Cobwebs above bed and in corner of the room, massive thick ones A smell in the whole place that wasn't inviting. The cheap plug ins makes it have a cheap smell. Beds rock hard, pillows ok. I didn't want to cook because it all felt very used and dated Instructions say to turn Heating on at the wall. They did not mention needing to go to the boiler in the kitchen first. So was very cold first night until my dad suggested I check the boiler. Zero lighting outside so at night it's pitch black on the path. I had to use my phone flashlight which meant I struggled with handling the key pad combo lock. Not enough hands. The shower is weak and feels more of a drizzle than a powerful shower Lots of damp spots in the bedroom and over the place Could do with painting and mini refurbishment Good TVs with two remotes, only one had missing batteries so have to keep swapping the batteries between remotes Only one toilet roll no spares Floors look clean but my feet were black walking on the wooden, washed and wore sliders throughout I was outside when the cleaner arrived and she had a dog with her.

Not very clean at all. I even had to get my own bed linen for the pull out sofa bed that was filthy. I have uploaded a few of a lot of photos. I would honestly say it's the dirtiest I have stayed at. Overall disappointed. Badly needs a lick of paint stains all over the walls ,carpet pretty dirty.

BEGBWe received a very in depth and detailed message via the booking chat with bullet pointed instructions on how to do everything upon arrival. Everything was perfectly and clearly explained, we had absolutely no issues with getting into the accommodation. It was also incredibly safe and a very nice area.
I cannot find any fault with the accommodation, even had hair straighteners and dryers which were life saving for a girls holiday!
