This apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was decent value for money over the usually expensive Christmas week. It was warm (in December) and there was plenty of hot water and the shower worked well. The 2 double beds were comfortable (an odd set-up but it worked for us). The building and area were very quiet and there was easy, secure parking just outside the door. There was a pub right next door if you wanted to get out but we didn't use it. The kitchen had all the basic appliances which worked well. The washer-dryer was a definite bonus. We particularly liked the big, smart tv with lots of channels, such as Netflix, etc. There was a second one in the bedroom. A real plus over Christmas! The host/agency were quick to respond to any comments or questions. On the last night the heat went out, I messaged them and someone was there within a half an hour and fixed it very quickly. We would definitely use this apartment again, as it works well for us while we're up visiting family.

The kitchen needs some more equipment, like a large bowl, an oven tray, etc to make self catering easier. I mentioned this in a message, so as they are quite responsive, it's probably already been done. A lamp in the living room would be nice, as the lighting is very bright.

We enjoyed the heating of the apartment, it was really perfect.

There are black mould on the walls around the entrance and also the bathroom should be cleaned properly.
