Spacious rooms, comfy beds. The staff were really helpful! Lovely stay!

Could have had tea, sugar and coffee - but no big deal as there is an Asda a 5 minute walk away!

Good value for money- the house was clean & beds were comfortable. Approx 25min walk or regular buses to city centre. Good local shops and restaurants too in 5 mins walk. Tea & basic cooking stuff provided.

Both the couches have seen better days- not the most comfortable, and the kitchen / living room is on the small side for 7 people. The stairs are rather steep which would be a challenge for elderly or disabled guests.

We did not stay and are waiting for a refund. The property was in an unacceptable condition on arrival - not cleaned, untidy, rubbish in the bin, dirty towels on the beds and washing up in the sink to be done.
