ESThe staff & the breakfast & the bed
The air conditioning was really a fan so it wasn’t cooling the room and the it was directing straight to your face while sleeping. There is no lift, the staff took my suitcase up though. The corridors really stinks … very bad humid smell in the building corridors

GBThe bed was like a cloud, everywhere was very clean, free shuttle to the beach, the room had a bath.
We went for a romantic get-away for our anniversary and so wanted to use the spa, it was closed, I wanted to use the gym, it was closed! The room was very big, which was lovely, but the A/C wasn’t powerful to cool the whole room. On the Sunday, there was a ‘singer’ on at the pool, the volume was so incredibly high, we were sat furthest away and could barely converse, her singing was also not great. The room had free tea and coffee but two sachets of those tiny little things. We used the QR code to order more, none showed up, my husband went to the front desk to ask for some and they gave him two more, he went to the front desk/called front desk easily eight times as they would bring two to four sachets each time, and you need three in a cup to taste it!
