INHere's how would rate the place. 1 being the lowest & 10 at the TOP. Rooms - 1/10 Staff - 2/10 ( Sparing 1 or 2 folks ) Breakfast - 1/10 Cleanliness - 2/10 Pricing - Not even worth 50% of the price I paid. This is genuine feedback guys, you guys are at a great location, you should have focussed on 5 Star Services when aiming to be there. Thank you.
INThe best part was clean rooms and the prompt housekeeping as and when required. Jagadish and Mr. Naval (F&B) at the Restaurant were always around to help and assist with customised requirements and the food though limited in Veg was comforting and tasted good. The property is well-maintained and is surely a value for money.
We struggled with TV the entire time and had to call up engineers to fix it every time we wanted to watch something. Umbrellas were offered on Security Deposit of 1k (which should be charged only if lost) as it is a basic necessity while going out in Monsoons and should be extended to residents without much hassle. Their tie-up with taxi service charges a bomb when compared to outside rates but you will have to walk outside as there are some taxi union issues.
NLI liked the location and quiet vibe inside the hotel. I must mention that the rooms were very clean.
The rooms were a little old and in need of an upgrade.

There is a weak insulation in the room. I had neighbours one floor down, they kept the doors of their rooms open and children were screaming at 7 am each morning, while I was staying there.
NLThe place was very nice! The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful! It was not so close to the beache but there was a tuk-tuk service!
The food could be better. There was almost no sweet option for breakfast. That i just stayed one night.
INAmbience was good and staffs were very friendly.
Room size was not as per expectations. Food taste was okay, but price for this taste was very high.
