We were on a ground floor room and the on the 1st night our room was invaded by flying ants; they were getting into our room from a large gap in the Patio doors. So had to change our rooms . The new room was on the 1st floor in an old block which did not have a lift. Also the room was dated and the one of the air com was not working. The staff on the reception and the house keeping staff were excellent but the staff in the restaurant were extremely slow in serving and clearing the tables. They offered buffet meals but the staff did not check whether the buffets trays were empty. The customers had to tell them to bring more food out. Suddenly on the 3rd day the buffet dinner price went up by 33% and no one bothered to inform us. So over all the restaurant service needs a lot of improvement.
