GBGood selection for breakfast. Would have liked real coffee rather than powder. Very limited menu, so not conducive to eating in, unless there was a buffet, which was rare. Extremely friendly and helpful staff without exception. A real joy, and made the holiday much more fun. Cleaning ok but a little erratic… probably would help if they spent less time on towel sculpting and more on the job. My daughter’s room was well appointed, although the aircon leaked. Mine was well appointed and on the ground floor, but near the waste processing centre, so often smelled of drains. (They did offer to relocate me, but I have difficulty with stairs and lifts)
I didn’t like the drains smell, which seemed to appear for a few days at a time, on and off. You would have to be an Olympic walker to get back from the beach in 5 minutes. But they did have a complimentary tut-tut service on the hour. There were no baby facilities - separate cot in the room or baby chair in the restaurant. The hotel did provide a cot after we complained.
INThe staff needs a little training in communicated. Except that they were very polite and knew everything. Good service, clean place, beautiful property. Close to beach. Ask for a buggy pick and drop. It took me a while to learn they do that. That's what I mean by better communication. I didn't know until my check out day. Breakfast options are same everyday. Good quality, rotation in variety of options is needed.

Staff were a bit clueless breakfast was limited and in dribs and drabs if you asked for anything that had run out it took ages to arrive and some staff were a bit off hand and need to smile smoking area was a joke what is wrong with smoking tables outside

Rude & confused staff. The swimming pool was not as per Indian standard of height.

The restaurant food unfortunately wasn't great , however breakfast was lovely.
