Our stay was defined by non-functional amenities and a complete lack of support. The air conditioning was broken for the entire duration and was never fixed. The advertised parking was unusable as it was obstructed by a motorcycle, and the host offered no solution. Furthermore, the TV did not work and was not the same unit pictured in the listing. Basic information like WiFi details were not provided at check-in, and we only received them after asking. Most distressingly, when we complained, the host became hostile and threatened to falsely accuse us of pre-existing damage to the washing machine and a wall.

The place is great, highly recommended! The location is just perfect for sae holidays - 2 steps from the beach; the place is spacious, with 2 bedrooms, living room, a very nice balcony and even a roof terrace! Nice residential complex with a swimming pool, very nice lady Mayra to greet us on arrival. There is a coffee machine and a dishwasher, and we were provided with a couple of complementary capsules for both.

Sanitary ware and and some furniture were a bit weary but still functional
