El cable de la antena no se podía conectar el WiFi de la habitación no funcionaba, no se encontraba el router,

Zwembad, terras en de locatie.

Helaas was de airco stuk in 1 kamer.

Die Lage der Unterkunft des großartig, wenn man mobil ist. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Sehr sehr nette Kommunikation

Trotzdem die Unterkunft im obersten Stock der Ferienanlage war, war es verhältnismäßig laut auf dem Balkon, da der Weg zur Hauptstraße relativ kurz war.

L’appartement est simple, fonctionnel et bien situé près de la plage. En revanche, l’organisation est totalement défaillante : remise des clés dans un restaurant où personne ne donne la même information, manque de communication claire, caution de 50 € pour des bracelets inutilisés dont j’attends encore le remboursement. La climatisation n’a jamais fonctionné. Le départ a également été compliqué (horaires d’ouverture erronés, interlocutrice désagréable et agressive au téléphone). En résumé : appartement correct, mais gestion catastrophique. Je ne recommande pas et n’y reviendrai pas.

The apartment is in a very good location, it’s clean and quite comfortable for a family to stay in. It has everything you need for living there. In the courtyard there’s a good-sized pool. Another positive point is that the host allowed a late checkout.

We didn’t actually get the apartment we had booked on Booking.com—basically, the photos didn’t match the real apartment we received, and we weren’t really warned about that when they handed us the keys. That said, the apartment they provided was more or less in line with the criteria of the original one we had booked. Additionally, the host didn’t really help much with reserving the padel court that was also in the courtyard. We basically had to just go and see when the padel court was free and play whenever we could. As soon as the people who actually had a reservation showed up, we had to leave the court.

Ubicación buena, espacioso, las vistas, el ático aunque hizo ola de calor y no lo usamos, ni había sillas para sentarse. La climatización estupenda, la casa fresquita al poco de encender.

No había luz en la terraza (fundida u oxidada... había una vela en la mesa de fuera). Las almohadas 2 buenas y 2 regulares (una de ellas olía muchísimo a sudor de alguien). Y lo más desagradable fue el tema piscina, que nos dieron 2 pulseras que sí y otras 2 que no valían, yendo con 2 niños era imposible. Aunque nos ofrecieron una 3a después de reclamar... me parece muy feo y hacen sentir como si fuéramos nosotros los que no cumplimos las reglas. Otro punto negativo, al entregar las llaves, tienes que dejar el apartamento a las 11 máximo, pero el sitio donde llevarlas (a 5 min a pie) abre a las 11 y no son puntuales, estábamos 3-4 familias esperando a que abriera el local.
