Cesare 22 by "The House Of Travelers"

Locatie ligt vlak in het centrum van Como, in een drukke winkelstraat maar geen lawaai te horen in de kamer. De kamer was heel ruim, met keukentje en ook heel fijne, moderne badkamer. Het appartement was heel proper en leuk ingericht. Er was ook een wasmachine en afwasmachine aanwezig en een Nespresso machine. De airco werkt prima! Het appartement ligt op wandelafstand van de 2 treinstations.

De sleutel was niet op de afgesproken plaats, maar toen ik belde kwam men direct ter plaatse om de sleutel te overhandigen. Er was een probleem met de afloop van de afwasbak.

It was a great property. The location was great. The room was big and clean. The facilities were good, it has a T , a coffee machine, a stove, a kettle, a toaster and a fridge. The beds were comfy. Toiletries were provider. Overall, it was a great stay.

It was mentioned that it has a lift, but when we arrived there was no lift and we had to carry our big luggages upstairs. The fridge had a super high voice which caused a serious noise. They do not provide coffee capsules at all, not even 2 for the first day, which is disappointing to not get 2 coffee capsules that would cost literally 1€. I bought the capsules box for 5€ and had 10 capsules.

I really liked the location; it was excellent and very central, with many restaurants and dining options nearby. However, I would advise against the restaurant down the street, as it was a tourist trap and the food was not good. The shower and toilet were good, which is very important to me, especially the shower. The accommodation had kitchen supplies like a pan, a cooktop, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an iron, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

One significant issue was the lack of coffee pods despite being told they would be provided. I had confirmed in advance that coffee would be supplied, but this was not fulfilled, and there was no further discussion about it. Additionally, only one toilet roll was available, and it wasn’t replenished during my stay. It was also necessary to provide my own dish soap and other essentials, which could be inconvenient for a longer stay.

Brilliant location.

Location is in the center but it's not noisy since it is not directly beside the street, it has nice interior and appliances.

The wifi and cold water in the kitchen didn't work at first but they managed to fix it. The iron is dirty, maybe a previous guest accidentally burnt their clothes on it. Internet is quite slow so it's not ideal if you want to do remote work. There's some noise from the refrigerator but you can turn it off for the night if not needed.

Location was great. Hosts were very helpful and spoke good english.

Some more information on finding the keys and the property front door would have been good. A short video explaing this would address the issue.
