The location of property is good , everything is accessible

There were not even water bottle inside the room. Imagine someone took a 8 hour flight and there is no ventilation in the room .

Great location, stylish apartment with a good shower and comfortable bed.

Communication with the House of Travellers agency was poor - despite several messages we were without any cups or mugs for 5 of the 7 days of our stay. Ahead of arrival we were sent a video to show how to access the property. This turned out to be out of date and there was no answer on the helpline at 6pm on a Saturday. We eventually got in with the help of a neighbour. A little bit of customer service goes a long way but there was no apology or acknowledgement of this.

There was nothing in the property No coffee, no sugar , no water not even washing plate liquid

Central location inside the old town, stylish combination of modern and old refurbished furniture, well equipped kitchen, stuff was happy to answer all questions quite fast

Fridge was noisy and this was very uncomfortable during the night; high humidity; for check out you need to open 2 doors in the courtyard and come back to leave the keys on the table, trying to manage not to get locked between all those doors.

location is excellent and the room very wide, with a lot of light, and bed is very comfortable. It was also very clean

Very poor in amenities in the toilet, paper, soap, etc… It was also cold, the radiators should be working a bit to make the room warmer. The way how return keys is not very handy as you need them to open the front door but you have to leave them inside the room when you leave… so a bit complicated all at the same time :D

The location was very good, as it is in the center and a 10-minute walk from the lake. Although it is centrally located, there is no noise from the street.

The heating was not working, the fridge made noise, there was no toilet paper and generally not enough toiletries. There was an espresso machine but no capsules. The apartment was clean, but no cleaning service was available during our stay. Generally, the walls are thin, so you can hear everything in the block of flats.

hard to find at first, as we arrived late and did not receive instructions until when we stood in front of the locked door, fridge was loud at night, unfortunately no coffee but a cooffee machine
