Very cosy and clean apartment. It’s in a nice and quiet neighborhood .

Not well mantained, dirty.

+ great location in old part of city, short walk to metro and old tram line + quiet neighbourhood + kitchen well equiped + a lot of shops and restaurants near + the apartment was generally clean though there were some problems not really related to the cleaning team (see below)

- there was a lot of mould on the bathroom walls and a strong smell of mould in the bathroom (probably due to bad ventilation and faulty hydroisolation under the tiles) - had to keep it closed as much as possible and that was the main problem - if the owner got rid of the mould they would get a 8 or 9 from me at least - we noticed a couple of roaches (or similar bugs) scuttling along the walls from time to time (which is probably typical for old buildings)

Good location close to all shops in Graça, walking distance to city center and to Santa Apolonia station. Communication with the owner was very nice, they were actively offering help with anything. The apartment was clean, with enough space, equipped kitchen. By opening the balcony we got easily some fresh air.

Some details - ground floor with a window to the street, which is quiet itself, but people talk there loudly all night (maybe it was just because of bank holiday). The bathroom has quite humid walls and the light there turns on also a noisy fan which can wake up everybody.

The place was very nice, clean, and spacious. Had everything that you need. I would definitely recommend to stay.

It is a bit of a walk uphill from the central areas, but otherwise no real complaints.
