We liked the faded gentry interior which was reminiscent of Lisbon history. Tram 28 stop was very close by in a square with many cafes and shops; more lovely restaurants and cafes could be found everywhere around, so we were spoilt for choice.

We found the arrangements to get the keys upon arrival unnecessarily complicated and suggest they should be simplified to make the start of the stay more pleasant. The problems we had were successfully resolved by the staff for which we thank them.

nice location on a relatively quiet neighbourhood in Graça, walking distance to Alfama and pretty much everywhere, lots of nice restaurants and bakeries around but not as touristic, the property is well decorated with nice paintings, lamps and a comfortable bed, nice separate kitchen with coffee and teas. also both living room and bedroom provided electric heating, which is very handy and it does get quite cold in the night.

I wish there were more toilet paper, 7 days with 2 small rolls not sure why this is the case.
