what I like most about the property is, it is near SM, Robinsons, very accessible, we didn't have a hard time finding it. The unit is very clean, I also love the interior, very cute and homey The owner of the unit is very responsive and very accommodating.

The host is very accommodating, and easy to talk to. Tells you everything you need to know before checking in. Their care takers are also great, gave us a run down of everything in the room, and the things to avoid. The room has all of the key essentials for a stay. Room has a great view of San Fernando, and has a very convenient location if you wanna go places to spend some time.

The unit owner is responsive. Complete necessities and accessible. Good wifi, it’s a plus for us who are working at home set up.

Hot water doesn’t work

1. Host was responsive and very considerate. She kindly accommodated our requests. 2. Complete basic amenities (cookware, dinnerware, appliances) that will make your stay comfortable. 3. With complimentary toiletries, bottled water and coffee. 4. Room was very clean and homey.

Pool closed every Tuesdays. Free parking is a bit far from the building/unit itself.
