The place is neat and comfortable. I like the interior of the unit.

Wifi is not working. Netflix on tv is not working. No bidet. The owner is not responsive. You will call her several times before she will answer to your concerns.

The unit is very clean and comfortable. Good location and 2 big malls are nearby. Kitchen is equipped with basic equipment. Very cute place and excellent view.

No guest parking. We found out upon checking in that the available street parking is 3 blocks away from the main entrance. The lobby guard seemed to have expected that we’d run into this issue and “miraculously” found us an available stall for P350/day. The contact person for this parking space apparently represents the unit owner which got me to thinking that this is some sly way of getting more money on top of the rental price. So disappointing. This contact person promised to email me a receipt for P700 and to this day haven’t received it. Condo owner was easy to contact up until the check in time. We messaged her on the way to the address for better directions and didn’t get a reply until the next day which was useless. Also be ready to read tons of rules and guidelines during your stay. A lot of it is obsolete and obscure such as: lock all doors and windows and leave key on the counter. Well, main door can only be locked with the key. So I found the next best option of returning the key back to her. Wifi is ok. Not the best. If you need anything it’s okay to message her. But don’t expect a reply.
