Newly Renovated, Water Views, 2 BD Condo

Ideal location for us- quieter than Clearwater but plenty of nice eateries within close reach. Excellent kitchen facilities and we really appreciated the use of the beach chairs and parasol. The owners communication was excellent throughout. Nicely furnished.

Some of the woodwork/ decor is a little tired, in bedrooms/ bathrooms. Needs a little refresh, but it didn’t affect our stay, we would recommend :)

As soon as we got to the property the first night, we saw dead bugs lying send and cockroaches. On our second night it rained and the ceiling vent by the toilet was leaking. We had to change the bowl multiple times and mop the floor!!! The owner barely messaged and offer no genuine help

This unit was absolutely beautiful! The attention to detail was incredible and we felt right at home. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would not only recommend this spot, we would also stay here again.

The light switches needed a little bit of a wipedown, but other than that everything was clean, tidy, and beautiful.

The condo is in a perfect location, across from beach access. The host provides a buggy with chairs, umbrella, towels, everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. The unit itself is immaculate, comfortable, and well taken care of. My family really enjoyed ourselves and plan to return again soon!

The condo was clean and had all the necessities. It was close to the beach and had a wagon to take things to the beach.

The title said “Brand New” which was just changed to “Newly Renovated “. I looked it up and the condo was built in 1980, it has newer appliances and is clean. The interior has been painted, but the overpaint on the doors made several of them stick and difficult to open. I was not aware that there were 32 steps to the front door. Which would not be an issue for most, but my son broke his leg and was on crutches which made it difficult. The pool was supposed to be heated but was ice cold. I asked the pool guy to turn the heat up, and he said the heater has not worked for quite a while. Several loose nails and screws were on the wood deck balcony, and we picked up several on the driveway parking area. When I sent a note the first day to the owner, I never received a response.

We loved the accommodation, great space for a family of 4, and really well equipped. The property was really clean and the bedsheets were so soft! The location was ideal for us, not too busy or touristy, the beach was a 3 minute walk and some great restaurants were close by
