Newly Renovated, Water Views, 2 BD Condo

The decor was amazing, the beds were super comfy and the private pool was a great addition

There’s no outlet strip upstairs for guests

Great condo, lovely balcony with a beautiful view. Place is kitted out really well and has ample parking. We were also kindly accommodated with a late checkout as we had a late flight back to the UK which really helped! Thanks again.

It’s advertised having a private pool which is one of the reasons we went for it. We’ve not really used the pool due to proximity to beach and length of stay but think the add needs updating ASAP to state it’s a shared pool not a private pool. There’s also a plug socket cover missing in the main bedroom which poses a danger of electric shock especially to small children.

Spacious an comfortable

Wish there was a bit more sound barrier between the 2 floors, but it goes with the territory of Florida homes- no issue. You will definitely get your steps in.

Very close to the beach “crossing”. Beach chairs, umbrella, and a couple of boogie boards for the kids to try were available.

Location was awesome. Beautiful spot with lots of room.

If you’re traveling with little ones keep them off the deck as they can likely fit through the deck rungs. Other units have added mesh to avoid this.

A very nice place to stay. Close to the beach and restaurants. We will come down again.

Easy access to the beach, plenty of dishware, having washer/dryer

Many of the lights didn't work, the light on the fan in master came on randomly through the night, the TV in master came on with sound randomly (no picture just sound) throughout the stay, the por h swing broke with someone on it, I don't recall the description clarifying how many stairs there are to get up to unit. Probably 40 stairs.
