Location and facilities,

Aircon in bedrooms would have been nice.

Although we did not have the time to cook, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It is also spotlessly clean and tidy.

The parking space was marked but we took some time to locate it when it was dark in the evening. Directions to the house could also be given to guests as the signs there were insufficient and the other houses looked almost identical.

Well set up apartment for the 4 of us (2 couples). Comfortable beds, plenty of heating for the cooler weather. Close enough to the city to walk in for the Botanic Gardens and the city sights. Enough pots, pans and crockery. There is a washing machine in the unit and a dishwasher. If a dryer is needed there is a laundromat nearby. Easy to contact owners if you have questions.

Property was great with attention to all minute details

Felt very homely, perfect location and beautifully clean. Also loveed the little touches like toothbrush holders and a basket for dirty laundry. Makes a longer stay much easier.

We stayed at a slightly cooler time of the year but even on the hot day we did have upstairs was awfully warm for trying to sleep. Not sure I would cope in the summer but we would definitely stay again in the cooler months.

Had everything that we needed for our stay, communication was quick and helpful. Only problem was Main bathroom shower appeared to be blocked with water not draining away.
