"A great base to explore Christchurch and surrounds."

Great location. New townhouse. Clean.

On hot days the 2 upstairs bedrooms get very hot. There is no air conditioning or fans to cool these rooms down at night. Opening windows does provide some relief but then you have to cope with nearby street noise. This is our only negative comment and it would not be an issue during cooler months.

Clean tidy rooms with two bath. It has sufficient facilities.Also there is an allocated car park .

Very clean and has all the amenities we need for a night stay. Easy and clear instructions for check in and parking. Good distance to town for those who drive. There are stairs but we didn’t carry our luggages up so not an issue.

"Comfortable Home"

New, clean, spacious and has everything we needed (except dryer). Well-equipped kitchen with mixed herbs & oil provided. Tea & coffee as well as Milo are provided. There are 2 bathrooms, very convenient. Very responsive host.

Very tiny wash basin in one of the bathrooms (understand it is due to space constraints). Bathroom door lock isn't user-friendly for ladies with long finger nails lol.
