The location was superb and so near to the mall. The rooms were so clean and as shown on the pictures....

Nothing much...i just had to walk to the mall......

Property is the only unit on the last floor on top, more privacy

We have been staying in this complex since 2010 and this apartment is in the perfect position for anyone wanting to stay in Cape Town. While other apartments in the complex have steadily declined in their upkeep, this one has held up well and is of a standard which befits the original design. Other apartment owners should lift their standards and not just rely on just making do. Maintenance is key to success. This apartment is in perfect condition.

Nice apartment and located great for what we needed. My wife was there for major surgery and I booked this place based on her having access to the veranda seating area to give her some fresh air etc…. On arrival I had a message to say that the access was broken and would be fixed during the stay, this failed to happen which was disappointing for my wife. Furthermore, the owner informed me that only stays over 7 days would have a cleaner come in, once in that period. This also didn’t happen despite us staying for 8 nights. That being said, the owner was good at responding to messages, apart from my last one to request a late check out which was ignored. Lastly, and probably the least important for most people but was important for me, the gym on site is really poor.
