Loaction was good with amazing views of the Montains and surroundings. The helpers were polite,friendly and very efficient.

The apartment was not ready upon notified arrival time. They were busy moving furniture.There was bags of rubbish at the entrance. We waited over an hour for the Apartment to be ready. The kitchen was constantly being raided by ants.

At 2am in the morning the power went off... And this was advertised as a "backup power" apartment. They did not put enough money in the power meter. So I had to pacify the kids from 2am until sunrise then at 7.30am I received an electricity voucher to put into meter. This not only didn't allow me to sleep it meant the kids were also crabby for the rest of the day. We basically lost the whole day. And still had to be out by 10.30 am. They Gave a 30min extention.

It has a good view and location is convenient to all tourist attractions and easy access to shopping center.

The previous guests were smoking in the apartment and left a bad smell in the whole unit.

At the rate that the property was advertised for I initially thought it was a scam. When I got to it I couldn’t believe that I had an entire designer penthouse to myself. With spectacular views of the city and table mountain even from the main bedroom. There was a request for a small deposit which was latter fully refunded.

Nothing. I enjoyed every moment.

The apartment and views itself was very nice, facilities was very good as well.

When we came in all of our bed were completely wet, took over 3 hours for cleaning service to fix the beds so we didn't have privacy in the home till night, door was also simi broken to get to the balcony and a lamp was broken, found old Vaseline near the tub, Netflix was aslo not set up for us was not prepared for us at all and very dissapointing when you look at the price. First place i booked where so many things weren't right honestly deserve a refund or some kind of discount.
