Cielo Apartment by Quokka 360 - Nestled in Como Old Town

Great central location

The location was fantastic and the size of the property was excellent.

The internet was very inconsistent which meant that we had to use our own. The TV didn’t work properly and there were no options for us to stream. The bathroom floor was very slippery as the shower flooded. We needed to empty the shower drain - gross! Due to this there is a bit of mould in the shower.

No water bottles provided so we had to go out to find an open shop at 10.30pm

Location is great, in the historic center of Como, close to all the atractions, brand new or renewed apartment, really comfortable furniture, and super clean. La ubicacion es excelente, en el centro historico de Como, cerca de todo lo que necesitas, un apartamento/piso practicamente nuevo, muy comodo todo el mobiliarios, y super limpio.

No había Aire acondicionado en todo el departamento y hacía mucho calor, solo había un aire acondicionado portátil en la cocina, un ventilador en la recamara secundaria, y aire acondicionado mini split en la recamara principal que no enfriaba bien, con un ventilador de techo. El refrigerador/nevera/heladera tampoco enfriaba bien, se echaron a perder productos. Theres was no AC for all the apartment, and it was pretty hot. There was an portable AC unit in the kitchen, a fan in the secondary bedroom, a minisplit A/C system in the main bedroom that didn´t cool enough with ceiling fan. In top of that refrigerator was not cooling as well, some dairy products didn´t make it the next day.

The location was more central than we anticipated which was great! We were right in the centre of Como with easy access to the Cathedral; to a multitude of shops and restaurants; to the boats and funicular as well as a very handy supermarket across the road. It was a pleasantly lively location. It had all the facilities you needed so I would definitely recommend it.

It met all our expectations.
