Nice clean room for myself and my children

No tv, the kitchen was always occupied by a large family or random people. Paul was lovely though, he lives there

The location is literally 5 mins drive from the airport. The place was so cozy and quiet. Comfy and clean beds. Would recommend.

The bathroom is a single bathroom to the 3 rooms. So, it is unpredictable when the guest in the next room would use that and how long. Yet, it was clean with all necessities.

I was in Luton as I needed a few days to work and plan onward travel, and I could not have chosen a better place. Luton Lodge is a well-organized and appointed guest house. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and the furnishings of the room which I stayed in. The bed was incredibly comfy, there was plenty of storage, and it had a desk where I could work. I had to do some videoconferencing, and the internet was strong and stable throughout my stay. The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare meals, and opens onto a large garden, where you can sit, or hang out your laundry. (There is a washer in the kitchen). The shared bathroom was more than adequate for the number of guests. Great water pressure in the shower, and lots of soap and shampoo available. The house was clean throughout. Jahan was very welcoming, and communicated well throughout the stay. I extended my stay, and would happily stay here again in the future.

Room was clean and tidy. Enough space to put all luggage for 2. Price is very fair for the room.

Sound proofing’s a bit weak. Got 2 other families staying with us the same night, could hear them most of the time especially at night.

Great location, good value for money. Public transport is in walking distance.

Room was ideal we had the family room 4 separate single beds and they put a cot bed in for small toddler so slept family of 5, communal kitchen if needed, absolutely ideal, 10 mins from airport,

Could do with curtains or blackout blind so room is darker, few tatty bits but to be expected for such a cheap price, area is a little rough parked car outside on the street and brought suitcases in overnight as I wouldnt trust it otherwise But had no issues
