MYMY*Amazing vacation!* The property was very clean, tidy, and beautifully designed. I truly enjoyed my stay in this unit and will definitely consider booking it again for my next trip to Melaka. The view from the unit was extraordinary — especially the river cruise! I strongly recommend this place for all types of travellers. There were four of us, and the owner thoughtfully provided two extra foldable beds along with a sofa bed, which made our stay even more comfortable. It really felt like home — super cozy and welcoming. I would give them a *10+ star rating* if I could! The owner also prepared a detailed PDF guide to help guests easily access the unit, from parking to the room — very clear and helpul

MYThe room is very clean & spacious, it accommodated 5 of us beautifully. It has a great view of Melaka River & the surroundings as far the sea. Breakfast at The Leparks at Jaya 99 is quite decent.
It was raining on our second night, water sieve through the joints of glass wall & it wet the floor while we were sleeping. Since it is a homestay, I expect there is stove for at least simple cooking, but there was none. Free car parking is not provided. You have to pay to park it at Jaya 99 building next door, and I have to drive up all the way to level 5.

1. Poo stain that really like actual poo in the toilet bowl! (Would not dare to capture on the phone because it is too disgusting!) 2. Dust from the wall that become powder that falls on the desk ( a lot & significant) 3. Window pane is not clean 4 towel too weary

Está sucio , el baño pierde agua por todas partes y la habitación podría estar en mejores condiciones
ESHabia goteras en la habitación, la cisterna del baño hacia ruido sin parar, el grifo del lavamanos perdia agua por fuera y caía al suelo. Intentamos ponernos en contacto con el responsable y no nos contesto ningun dia.
