Comfortable lounge/dining area. Bedrooms good too with comfortable beds. Secure area at rear for dogs.

Bathroom and shower definitely need some updating. A fixed mirror near a socket in one of bedrooms needed too. Although an oversight ,no loo roll or hand wash provided. Need to be careful where you park.

The location of the property was perfect. We visited for a family wedding at Howsham Hall so didn't want an expensive taxi journey.. The facilities were excellent and the beds super comfy

The only slight negative was not much off street parking but it hasn't put us off using the house again.

Spacious, newly designed and welcoming as you walk through the front door.

TV/remote didn’t function properly meaning we couldn’t fully enjoy watching tv at night.
