2 bed, pet friendly sleeps 6 in Norton

The deco was really nice throughout and the big mat in the lounge was lovely.

The sofa bed was so uncomfortable and there were no towels or bed linen left for that bed. The double bed was also hard in the front bedroom. Although it generally looked clean, if you looked around the edges there were layers of dust and dirt. Net curtains were not very secure and fell down every time I opened a window, maybe needs a different fixing. Internet signal was very poor, also the TV kept dropping in and out of signal. The fire/smoke alarm above the twin bedroom door kept bleeping, guessing the battery was running low. Although it didn't state a welcome pack, normally you get a couple of sachets of tea, coffee and sugar to get you started. The back bins were overflowing, so we had to take some of our recycling home with us.

Great location for flamingo land! Nothing else really in the area but we didn't require that anyway so its suit us fine. Although they allow pets the place still smelt fresh. Great price point and a quiet area that's easy to find.

There was boxes or rubbish everywhere in the back, bottles and food containers. No space to put out rubbish as it was over flowing with beer and wine bottles. Beer bottles lying around filled with used cigarettes which I was happy allowing my lids or pets to be around! The rooms were great but they seriously need to have a look at the stairs carpet. This isn't fit around the lip of the stairs and slides when walking on it. As a disabled guest this was extremely dangerous! This one is a little out of their control but the parking is horrific! It's described as free parking hut there's no where! There's a small section outside the property that's constantly full. I had to park on the lines for around 30mins to get things back into the car and ended up with a ticket! I'm not sure how I would have avoided this but I'd maybe make this a little clearer to guest as someone like myself this was a big struggle but if I'd know I'd maybe have prepared a little differently.

Easy arrival and checkout as just involved a key safe and pin code. Very clean. Quality kitchen appliances and pots and pans etc. Nice touch with having salt and pepper, pasta and sauce, tea coffee and sugar. Decor lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Parking close by could be difficult. The mattress in the main bedroom was too hard for me (but that is a personal preference thing). My partner would have liked a TV in the main bedroom.

Very well presented great location extremely clean

So modern and lovely decorated. All cutlery, cups plates and even some pot and pans were there if you needed them. Sitting area outside for sunny days. The kids found the sofa really comfy and so did we!
