L’appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée et le quartier est très calme. Juste en face, il y a un supermarché, et plusieurs restaurants à proximité. L’emplacement est vraiment pratique, avec une station de bus à côté et le centre commercial Torre Sevilla accessible à pied. On est aussi proches des ponts Isabel II et d’un autre pont qui permet de traverser facilement le quartier de Triana vers le centre-ville — du coup, toutes nos balades se faisaient à pied 😊 On a été agréablement surpris de découvrir un lit double installé au fond de l’appartement, avec une séparation par rapport à l’espace cuisine. Les filles étaient ravies de ne pas avoir à dormir sur le canapé-lit ! La connexion wifi était excellente. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable du 26 au 30 janvier 2026.

camera completamente nuova, cucina comodissima e funzionale, letti comodi. struttura a 25 minuti a piedi dal centro, zona molto carina e tranquilla
non funzionava riscaldamento/aria condizionata. il boiler ha un’autonomia molto basso dopo 10 minuti l’acqua non è più calda. il divano era instabile.

La ubicación y la limpieza. Todo súper nuevo y el apartamento precioso
Tuvimos muchísimos problemas sin resolver tema calefacción que además nos hizo frío y se agradecía llegar y estar calientes y no funcionó en toda la semana y tema internet fatal imposible de conectarnos, hablamos con la plataforma de booking pero tampoco supieron resolverlo
