El Nautico Relax in Golf del Sur EN306

Didn’t like that there was no change of towels or bed linen for two weeks..had to pay extra for this to be done for the second week Air conditioning was broken and we were not informed, for the whole 14 days… after 7 days we requested a fan which took 2 days to come and was pretty useless

Bed is very uncomfortable, and there should be 2 keys for the apartment.

The apartment was quite large and clean, with a balcony that gets the afternoon sun and a nice garden pool. We enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable, but it squeaked when turning. We really liked the location — just a few hundred meters' walk to an area with lots of restaurants.

The things we didn’t like about the property: It was quite worn and in need of refurbishment. There were no plugs in either of the bathroom sinks. The sofa was uncomfortable and worn (covered with a blanket). The sunbeds on the balcony were grimy. The safe was unusable due to a low battery warning. The fitness room was closed, and no key card was provided to access it. We were two people staying in the apartment, but only one key was supplied, which was very inconvenient.

Lovely location we have stayed in this area many times and love it. The residence as a whole is beautiful, very clean and very well maintained. Gardens and pool area immaculate. Balcony beautiful with loads of afternoon sun and fabulous views. Nice walk in wardrobe Great washing machine

Having said that the apartment we had 306 was not clean but old dated and downright shabby. We were allowed only one key which you needed to access building, apartment and to get in and out of the pool area. Meaning if one of you were out key the other one had to stay in not even able to go to the pool. Luckily the one towel allowed per person could be washed and dried overnight. Bed uncomfortable Sofa very shabby and sun bed mattresses filthy. We were uncomfortable enough to come home early.

We've stayed in this location many times before and at El Náutico (different apartments) but we were very disappointed with the apartment 306. Both of the patio doors don't lock, the couch in the sitting room was in a disgusting state, we were there for 15 nights and there was no change of bed linen or towels. We would have washed our bed linen if you had supplied spares. The sun loungers were filthy . There was one tiny wine glass and one big one with a pub logo. We bought two glasses ! The swimming pool heating only worked for 3 of the 15 days and the WiFi was forever breaking down. We were provided with only one key which was very awkward if one of us was to leave the apartment the other person had to stay in. We were extremely disappointed in our stay at apartment 306 especially considering the amount we paid for our 15 day stay
