Safe didn't work, probably for a long time, you also advertise bath robes, but none were provided

The taxi driver from the airport drove at a dangerous speed and dropped my Wife and I at the wrong Hotel at 2 am in the morning. Then he very rudely ignored us and left. We were very lucky to get another lady Taxi at 3 am who drove to the location of the Keys and she phoned the person to get the keys . She then drove us to the Location El Nautico . We then had to pay further 50 euro having previously paid for the first rude driver . we were very grateful for this Lady Taxi driver who was very polite and saved us from a very bad experience in the middle of the night which we wont forget.

It was a perfect apartment, so comfortable, so clean, everything we needed there, cooler, washing machine, towels and even pans and little extras like hair dryer and books dvds etc. they left us Prosecco too which was special, and just everything was perfect in the apartment… the best I’ve stayed at… I couldn’t believe how clean it was.

The only thing I didn’t like about the actual property was the bed is very squeaky and the pillows not too comfortable but that’s probably more a personal preference. The thing that let it down for us was there was very noisy neighbors, they were up every night until 12,1 and sometimes 2 am. This was distressing, they talked very loudly kept us awake. They also smoked all the time on their balcony, so constantly had the smell of that on our balcony… the island prime holidays were kind to try and help us out but there was little they could do.

love the views and quietness and cleanliness of the apartment and site. Lovely promenade in front of the apartments.

the keys were a little far away to collect and could have proved difficult if you had not been to the area before. Had a problem with the bathroom sink plug and even though spoke to someone no one came to fix it in the week we were there.

Only minor criticism is the balcony furniture could be little more comfortable and the mattresses for the sun loungers very stained.

The apartment was fairly big for a one bedroom apartment as the building is mostly residential. Plenty of space in the walk in wardrobe for hanging your clothes and even room to dress in there if you wanted to. Lovely big double bed which was very comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers etc. The bathroom had double sinks and was a decent size. It enclosed a toilet cubbyhole with no door, a bath with overhead shower which could be difficult if you have mobility issues. The apartment was clean and comfortable for two people. The kitchen had all the appliances you would want and was open plan to the living area. Balcony was good and looked out over the nice grounds and a very small rocky cove, (unsuitable for swimming or sunbathing) and the coastal walkway, which was hilly in places. There is a lift or stairs to reach a lovely pool area which was not busy and a bar/cafe outside which you can reach through a private door from the pool side. There is a receptionist in the day who very friendly and helpful.

WiFi was a bit hit and miss and the TV kept loosing the signal but didn’t really worry us. Also my IPad said it had weak security so we didn’t use it much.
