Shower head didn’t work well

L’entrée de l’immeuble est sale et sans lumière avec un escalier abrupte. Dans la salle de bain un filet d’eau dans la douche c’est gênant lorsqu’on est près de la mer. La moitié des luminaires fonctionnent. Une fuite à la base de la cuvette des wc fait remonter des odeurs nauséabondes. Le jacuzzi extérieur ne fonctionne pas. Très peu de transats au bord de la piscine et en plus vétustes. Pas de sèche cheveux ni de bouilloire comme indiqué par le loueur. Le sol n’est pas propre et colle au pied. Seul point positif les lits confortables. A ÉVITER TROP CHER POUR LES PRESTATIONS.

not at all as pictures… I sent a long email to owner and spoke to him while I was there. I want at least a partial refund. You all need to consider this about this advertiser on your site. It was an important stay for myself husband and elderly parents. We went for Thanksgiving getaway. I am a genius member and don’t appreciate deception. As you see I usually stay at hotels but my folks have dementia so I wanted them with us and comfortable and calm.. the television and a comfortable place and Tv was key. None of that was here. The couch was not at all what was pictured we couldn’t even fit all 4 of us.. and there were several very big issues wrong. I’m very upset. Need this addressed. I couldn’t show this with my parents and husband there. The “host” simply said I’m on vacation too so getting someone there on Thanksgiving for the TV issue would be tough. I had to let it ‘go’ to not upset the family. I have not heard from him as of yet.

Llegamos y había una filtración en la pared del salón, tuvimos que limpiar todo, llamamos al alojamiento y dijeron que iría una persona a verificar, nunca llegó , además la piscina y el jacuzzi dos días sin mantenimiento. Tuvimos con la filtración dos días. Un lugar de playa muy bonito pero con muchos detalles.

The location was the only positive aspect of this stay. Unfortunately, the property was far below expectations. It was dirty and seemed almost abandoned. The wardrobes were in poor condition, and the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. Overall, the place was not in a suitable state for a peaceful or relaxing stay. It clearly lacks proper maintenance and care. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are

The location was the only positive aspect of this stay. Before my arrival, the host contacted me to ask for my references and seemed attentive. However, once we submitted complaints through Booking, they never replied or followed up. We were told someone would come to clean the place, but no one ever showed up. The property was in terrible condition—dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly neglected. The wardrobes were falling apart, the bathrooms were not cleaned, and worst of all, there were many insects, including cockroaches. It was far from the relaxing experience we expected. This was a very disappointing and stressful stay. I would not recommend this property unless it undergoes major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest communication.

Walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants.

Our unit was attached to the laundry room area so there were people in and out a lot and not a ton of privacy. The pool was nice but it was very warm and did have alot of debris.

The kitchen was well equipped and large.

The pictures look great. The living room furniture was very dated and worn, and hard as a rock to sit on. Tears in the vinyl on sofa and definitely old. The primary bedroom mattress was oddly so soft that I could barely walk the next day. We spent the day with friends that we went to visit and decided to drive back home to Delray to sleep at home. The pool looked great but the water was cloudy and the spa wasn’t working. 90% of the lounges were either torn or damaged in some way.
