The soundproofing is slightly poor.

Extremely kind and welcoming host, and the room and other areas of the house are well-maintained. The location is also conveniently close to major attractions. In addition to the standard facilities, there’s also a kitchen and living area if you’d like to cook your own meals

The soundproofing was not ideal, which significantly impacts the quality of your stay as it largely depends on whether other guests are considerate. In my case, there were different groups of people walking and talking at 12 am, 2 am, 4 am, 6 am, and 7 am. It may also vary depending on the room, but if someone turns on the hallway light outside your door, it can make your room too bright. These factors could be important to consider for travelers sensitive to sound or light. The shower room could use a bit of maintenance; otherwise, everything else was good!

I had my own room with a super good price, which was also big with comfortable mattress, pillow and bed The common area was quite nice, and the owner is so friendly, I ask for some recommendations for food and they are really good!!
