Sea Lavie Homestay@Kota Kinabalu (海旅维)

-location is fantastic with 3min walk to the Jesselton quay, it is so easy to walk there taking boat to islands -room is very spacious with splendid sea view. You can enjoy beautiful sunset in the room. -two bed rooms with comfortable beds; toilet facilities with everything and shower works perfect; washing machine is very helpful -kitchen with all cooking things you can make some simple breakfast. But you no need to cook because many shops and restaurants downstairs and nearby; -there are more facilities making the money even worthy -top floor (32th) has a fantastic balcony with 360 degrees of sea view and city view. -swimming pool on floor 7 is very nice too, for both adults and children friendly -self check in is very smooth with great communication with the owner, who helps us on other request eg asking for more toilet paper or towels

Sea &mountain view. 2 bathrooms. Fully air-conditioned, all house equipment prepared. Kind host, what else?

Nice ocean view and reasonable price, which would be a good choice if you are planing to spend a long time exploring the city. There is washing machine available in the hostel.

The view is fine only when you don’t look down. There are several construction sites below and near by, which upset me a lot :( Some parts of the building is still under construction. However, there is no detergent provided.

Owner didnt provide parking which need to pay . I didnt like this. By right , the owner shall provide the parking belong to the unit.

The location is great, close to Jesselton Point, about 10 mins walk to Suria Sabah where there's a lot of options for meals. The double bed is hard but we love it. The unit is new and the view from the dining and living area was great.

The host didn't give us the code to enter the unit and we were a bit panic at first. Luckily the host responded quickly and we were able to get settle down and get some rest. The cleaner forgot to wipe the dressing table as we saw some hair on it. It will be great if there's some tissue paper prepared for us.
