"Great location and very clean room"

The location is quite near the Hakata Station (3-minute walk). While unmanned, the instructions for check-in and check-out were straightforward and clear. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the amenities were sufficient.

No breakfast options, same food for a 3D/2N stay. No luggage storage.

"Good location but not so comfortable"

The location is good and convenient to stay.

The room is quite small especially the bathroom. There’s no space to put our clean clothes while taking a shower. And there’s a bad smell in the morning maybe due to the tubes from the restroom.
